Alfa Romeo Monza - Part 0

Kit / Model

Pocher Alfa Romeo 8c

Manufacturer

pocher

Item Code

K71

Scale

1/8

Description

After I finished the Blue Super Seven, I was ready for something easier to relax with and build. Just an Out-Of-The-Box type model project. I chose the Pocher Alfa Romeo 8C 2300 Monza.

I started it in May '07 and just finished a few days ago (June '07).
I did use texturing and light weathering to bring some of the detail out. The gauges are decals I drew and printed, to replace the damaged stickers from the kit, otherwise everything else came right from the kit.
The red is Testors Chrysler Engine Red.
I also took quite a few in progress pictures if anyone would like to see them. - Mark

Hi Mark, very good.
I know the kit, and thinking what you can do with the lathe.....then this has to be a collector piece.
Of course we want to see you WIP, please.
Other interesting point is the good finishing you achieved with the testor paint.
