El metal ya colado dentro del patron de revestimiento refractario.
El revestimiento se rompe facilmente una vez frio, y ya se dejan ver las piezas en metal.
Con una arenadora con oxido de aluminio se arena para eliminar el resto de revestimiento aderido a las piezas.
Las piezas ya arenadas.
Se separan las piezas con un disco de carburo y un torno a unas 15000 RPM
Las piezas coladas y las pastillas de metal.
Con piedras, gomas esmeriles, cepillos, y pastas de alto brillo se procede a acabar las piezas.
Piezas terminadas, para duplicar o para pintar y colocar en nuestro kit.
Equipo de Gas/Oxigeno. Se puede usar Oxigeno/Acetileno, es mas rapido para fundir el metal pero es muy contaminante.
