Description

This is a 1/18 scale scratch built model of a 1932 Maserati 8C 300 Grand Prix car. There were only ever two of these built and they both still exist. Many years ago (in the late 50's) a friend of mine briefly owned one of them - it was road equipped with cycle fenders and headlights - but proved eminently impractical for my friend since he lived in New York City!
The fourth picture is of a 1/16 scratch built model of the car my friend had. I built it 54 years ago.
