This is my latest model
It is a FH16-550 6x4 with a Holmes DTU under reach.

The Truck:
To build the truck I have used the Italeri Volvo FH16 with Globetrotter XL roof (No 3821).

I have length the chassis and made a double drive boogie of it with leaf suspension by Volvo specifications . The Globetrotter roof is exchanged for the fled roof of the Revell Volvo (No 07506) At the left side of the chassis is placed a oil tank. The frond wheels are wider and thy are made of one and a half rim and tyre. At the frond of the truck is a detachable contra weight. When the truck is in use as a tractor it can be removed. Behind the cab is made a large toolbox.

The Holmes DTU under reach:
I was abele to made lots of photographs and some drawings of a new DTU–unit at the Dutch agent of Holmes cranes (Falcom Tiel). The sketches I have made of this information where more then enough to made a model of it. The complete unit is made of Evergreen sheet and some profiles.
