I decided to remove those bridges, because they are not present on the real car. Here is the result. |
Tamiya moulded the front bulkhead much too thick. There also is no detail at all.... |
I removed it, il will later be replaced with a piece of plasticard. |
I also removed the fuel filler, as there was not too muche detail on it. It will be schratchbuild later. |
As this kit had to be planned to be motorized (I don't remember that.....) There is a place to put the battery. The closing door for the compartment hasn't a very good fit. It was clued in place and the gasps were filled with Mr surfacer 500. |
As many parts are way too thick, the traverses on the inside of the cockpit are the same. |
I removed the front traverse, to have it easier to refine the rest. |
I made a brace in plasticard, and put it temporarely in place. |
Another view (bottom's up): You also can see the ejections roundels.... One partly removed... |
Here the roudels are sanded down. Much better, isn't it? |
Here we have the underside from the front left suspension arm. Tamiya moulded everything as one piece.... |
I removed the moulded detail, leaving only the base |

Hi Jamme, I'm sure that the lack of replies has nothing to do with the language, my guess is that sometimes, specially in the first stages of a model, members just look and keep their ideas for themselves. You will see that as you go along with the model you will have more comments.
By the way, are you French?
Regards,
José Antonio
